Raritan Opens New Offices in Gurgaon, India; Guangzhou, China

Raritan opened its 32nd and 33rd offices around the globe late this winter.  No. 32 was inaugurated in Gurgaon, India, outside of New Delhi.   No. 33 — and Raritan's third office in China — opened in busy Guangzhou.

The new offices and personnel will support two booming markets for Raritan's IT management solutions:  Raritan sales in China rose 84% in 2004, according to Rex Sun, Sales Director for Raritan Taiwan.  India sales experienced a 131% rise in the same period.

Raritan Senior Management — Tom Swift (COO), Sev Onyshkevych (Marketing VP) and Rex Sun (Director of Sales, Raritan Taiwan) —  joined Vinod Hingorani (Country Manager of Raritan India)

and Renu Kumar (Raritan India's first employee),  India-based distributors Cubix, resellers and other well-wishers for the traditional Indian "breaking the coconut" ceremony to inaugurate the future premises of Raritan's 32nd worldwide office.

Raritan’s products have been sold in India since 1999 and today are distributed in India by Cubix Microsystems (http://www.kvmindia.com/), and sold by a network of resellers that cover India’s major business centers. Raritan’s customers in India include more than 200 of the largest software firms, telecommunications providers, financial services companies, stock exchanges and public and government institutions.
Most recently in India, Raritan announced a large customer win with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

"Opening Ceremony, Guangzhou Office" reads the sign at the ceremony held in the new Guangzhou office on March 18.

"Everything we do at Raritan, we do with an international focus," notes Ching-I Hsu, CEO of Raritan Computer, from Somerset, NJ headquarters. "Our products are designed for the global market, with localization specified for each country right at the early concept stages.  So when we introduce new products, we are able to launch simultaneously in each of our markets around the world."
